On April 1, 2026, Jeremy Jurgens, Managing Director of the World Economic Forum, visited Shenzhen InnoX Academy, where he held an in-depth dialogue with InnoX Founding Partner & SVP Carol Yu on the academy’s talent development system for innovation and entrepreneurship. He expressed strong recognition of InnoX’s structured approach to cultivating early-stage founders and supporting hardware-driven startups.

On March 13, 2026, Brazil’s Arena Hub sent a delegation of more than 20 sports innovation participants to visit Shenzhen InnoX Academy for an exchange focused on sports technology and startup collaboration. During the visit, the delegation engaged with InnoX sport-tech startups developing a wide range of innovations, including smart basketball training systems, intelligent Pilates reformer, and athlete recovery devices. The exchange featured live product demonstrations, in-depth discussions, and active idea sharing between both sides, fostering a dynamic dialogue on the future of sports technology. The group explored how Shenzhen’s fast-moving startup ecosystem integrates hardware innovation, product development, and real-world application to accelerate the evolution of next-generation sports tech — from smart training solutions to advanced recovery tools.

From January 4 – 18, 2024, the ShenTech Bootcamp, a collaboration with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), hosted a group of 62 startup founders, graduate students and university faculties from Saudi Arabia. The program aimed to equip participants with business strategies and technical skills to transform ideas into market-ready products and services addressing global challenges.

To cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurs, InnoX has launched a joint master program with KAUST: Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (TIE). This 16-month course of study, including an immersive startup innovation experience in Shenzhen, is designed to prepare students for successful careers in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.

NEOM has kicked off the China leg of its global ‘Discover NEOM’ tour with its showcase in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, with over 500 senior business and industry leaders in attendance.
