Relying on the New Engineering foundation of the Shenzhen Campus of Sun Yat-sen University, and guided by hard-tech innovation, the program builds an interdisciplinary training system that integrates business and engineering.
The Experimental Class adopts a distinctive cross-disciplinary mentorship model and project-based learning approach. It brings together mentors from government, industry, engineering, and business to provide comprehensive support for high-quality talent development.
Here, students selected through a second-round screening will directly face real-world industry innovation challenges. Under the guidance of mentors, they will experience the full process—from needs identification and product definition to prototype development—achieving a leap from “learner” to “innovator.”
Shenzhen InnoX Academy will fully leverage its experience and resources in new engineering education, technology entrepreneurship empowerment, and innovation ecosystem building. It will deeply participate in curriculum design and talent cultivation for the program, create high-quality project practice platforms for high-potential students, connect them with project resources, and use the Experimental Class as a foundation to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship talent development system while fostering a high-quality innovation ecosystem.
